Water Complex Finished in Time for the Horse Trials

2007 action

The hot, dry weather this summer was great for digging and preparing the water complex. Geo-textile fabric, generously donated by Bird-Stairs of Fredericton, was laid over the prepared base and then crushed rock was spread and compacted. A bank, constructed from materials generously supplied by Little's Lumber Ltd., was rivetted for the Training drop into water. The drop proved quite a challenge for horse and rider alike at the horse trials. One Pre-Training and one Training portable jump out of the water were also constructed. Thanks to Andy Moffit for helping us get the water back in.
